The mincing knife is normally put away uncovered, takes up much space in the drawer and requires both hands. We wanted to design a round knife easy to use with one hand. The rubber makes it thick, improves grip and makes it safe when closed. Chop is our interpretation of this typology, more friendly, with a less professional language.
