Poncho is a non-traditional armchair for the outdoor. Inspired by the truck tarpaulins, it is constituted by a galvanized or painted tubolar steel frame, coated with a self-supporting fabric put in tension by kevlar ropes. From the point of view of the manufacturing, this also simplifies the production steps if compared to a classic upholstered armchair. Thanks to the PVC fabric stretched on the structure and free of padding, it determines the shape of the armchair obtaining the shape of both external and internal sides. The interior side is enhanced with plenty of cushions. The weaved ropes that fix the fabric to the structure becomes the main element by creating a clear decoration at the base of the chair.
