LAKE

Foscarini, 2015

A patch of thick ink that widens into the water, the aerial view of a lake, the irregular profile as many forms that we find in nature.
These are the images that evokes Lake, the new wall lamp by Foscarini signed LucidiPevere: an organic form, asymmetric, dense color. The edge bends inwards and this limited space welcomes and hides the LED light source.
When lit colors dense and desaturate speaker white and red become bright and vivid. It ‘a liquid light that surprising for its position, is diffused from the outer edge and spreads inwards, sliding through the glossy surface.
Thanks to their asymmetric shape is possible to create compositions that give color, light and movement even at large walls.
